Mewla 0.2.12#

You can now see and control your Mac from your phone.

New#

  • Screen: open Screen in the app to see your Mac's screen live and control it: tap to click, drag, scroll, right-click, type (including Chinese) and use ⌘ shortcuts, in portrait or landscape. The first time, the Mac asks you to allow the device and to turn on Screen Recording and Accessibility for Mewla; the app opens the right settings page for you. Screen works on Macs for now.
  • mewla boot install starts Mewla when you log in to your Mac. On a Mac it runs as Mewla.app, so System Settings shows Mewla's name and icon, and it signs itself with an identity kept on that Mac, so the permissions stay granted after updates.
  • On a Mac with mewla boot install, mewla update also restarts Mewla on the new version.

Fixed#

  • On a computer that isn't a Mac, Screen now says so and points you to the computer list to switch to your Mac, instead of a dead end.
